inky with it
2024 - HfMT Hamburg, DE 

performance trailer An ink droplet finds itself lost in a papery landscape and attempts, impossibly, to find its way back. 

Inspired by Doreen Massey’s conception of space as a temporally dynamic and inherently relational medium, ‘inky with it’ is an enquiry into the presence of such a space within and beyond the perimeters of the score. The piece is structured around an original poetic triptych composed of three retellings of the droplet’s experience.
